In fact, we’ve taken Nelson Mandela’s quote “The Youth of Today Are the Leaders of Tomorrow” seriously! 

At DBiz.ai, our dedication to corporate social responsibility (CSR) goes beyond mere policy; it's an endeavor fuelled by passion and driven by purpose. This dedication is vividly exemplified through our association with Sumana Vidya Kendra in Mellahalli village, Mysore, Karnataka (India). Here, we have not only witnessed but actively contributed to transforming young lives through education, especially focusing on girl child education and women empowerment.

Welcome onboard this post, where we narrate an empowering story, “The Story of Sumana Vidya Kendra”!

The Genesis of a Mission: 

The journey began with personal contributions from our leadership team members and gradually evolved into an organizational mission. Today, DBiz.ai proudly supports Sumana Vidya Kendra through scholarships that cover education expenses up to the 10th grade. For students lacking means for higher education, we extend our arms through technology-related courses, including in-house training, internships, project assistance, and potential employment opportunities at DBiz.ai.

A Beacon of Hope and Achievement: 

In June 2023, we celebrated a significant milestone when 15 students graduated with accolades, mementos, and cash prizes. This school, established in 2022, now serves 234 students, providing quality education that aligns with our values at DBiz.ai of fostering independence and professional stability.

Stories of Aspiration and Triumph: 

One of the many success stories is that of Preethi, a graduate who is currently pursuing a degree in microbiology and biotechnology. Coming from an indigenous community, her outstanding academic achievements have earned her a full scholarship for undergraduate studies. Like many of her peers, Preethi’s story is one of aspiration towards financial independence and professional success.

Beyond Academics: 

The favourite aspects of school life for these students include sports and music, areas where they have found great joy. We strongly believe that these activities, in addition to their academic pursuits are pivotal in moulding them with diverse skills, preparing them to excel in the professional realm.

A Dream of a Brightest Future: 

Looking ahead, many students’ express dreams of becoming police officers, teachers, IT professionals, astronauts, doctors, scientists and more; and pursue careers that offer respect, stability, and the opportunity to make a difference in their communities.
